Order Processing & Forge Inspection
All orders undergo a meticulous 3 to 5 business day processing period. During this time, your talisman is personally inspected by our head artisan to ensure the hand-chiseling quality, weight, and patina meet our rigorous standards before leaving the workshop.
Worldwide Express Delivery
To ensure maximum safety and speed for your high-value order, we utilize dedicated premium express lines (fully tracked from origin to destination). All packages are dispatched directly from our heritage sourcing studio and delivered via localized premium couriers (such as USPS Priority or DHL Express) once they arrive in the destination country.
- United States: 5 - 8 business days (after dispatch)
- Rest of the World: 7 - 12 business days (after dispatch)
Shipping Fees
We offer complimentary, fully insured Premium Tracked Shipping on all orders over $150 USD worldwide. For orders under $150 USD, a flat rate of $15 USD will be applied at checkout.
Customs & Duties
Please note that any international customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. However, due to the classification of our items as handcrafted cultural art pieces, most orders pass through smoothly without additional charges.
