CURATO is based in Japan and ships pearl jewelry internationally from Japan.

Order processing

Most in-stock orders are prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days. Products requiring additional inspection, special sourcing, adjustment, or made-to-order work may take longer. Any materially different lead time will be stated on the product page or communicated before shipment.

International shipping

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout based on the destination and order value. We use tracked shipping services and may require signature confirmation for higher-value orders.

Estimated delivery

International transit times vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated by the carrier.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, sales tax, customs processing fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout specifically states that duties and taxes are collected in advance, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
