At our studio, we pour ancestral heritage and spiritual intent into every creation. We want you to feel a profound connection with your talisman. If something is not entirely right, we are here to assist you.

Our 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, in its original pristine condition, and in its original velvet/wooden presentation packaging.

The Soul of the Craft (Wabi-Sabi Acceptance)

Please note that because our jewelry is forged and chiseled 100% by hand using pure S990 silver, subtle asymmetries, tool marks, and variations in the oxidized patina are natural characteristics of artisanal craft—not defects. We do not accept returns based on these markers of authenticity, as they constitute the unique soul of your individual piece.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our concierge at djcasper1978@gamil.com with your order number and photos of the item. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

*Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs with a tracked service, unless the item arrived fundamentally damaged prior to opening.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
